Some thirty years’ professional experience acquired in more than twenty-five countries (mostly in Africa) in varied cultural and institutional environments, notably in the area of public aid for development (since 1995) and the reinforcement of local capacities, as to contracting or implementing international public tenders and results-based management performance control more particularly.

Born from the collaboration of development cooperation professionals and the BA trained Roland Deschamps, management consultant specialised in monitoring & evaluation, Andraman is willing to contribute to joining capable resources in the sustainable reinforcement of all components of human development throughout the world, particularly in disfavoured areas. To this effect, Andraman labours at placing the education of the human being, andragogy or better even, « anthropogogy », at the heart of good governance be it of the State or of the private & citizen initiative. As in any human enterprise, carrying out a consultancy assignment involves the unexpected; Andraman has therefore set itself, as a matter of principle, to address everything with method and coherence.
